I sent in a check weeks ago. Where’s my membership card?

We only process memberships once a month after the first Monday. Can take as long as 8 weeks depending on when you mailed it.

If you are a new member and mailed in the hold harmless but have not attended an orientation session your card is being held until you come to an orientation and pick it up.

When are your orientations held?

The first Monday of the month at 6:00PM at the range and the third Saturday of each month at 9AM. For other dates, please check the calendar https://cascadefieldandstream.com/calendar-3/

I see Kittitas County is under a burn ban. Are you open?

Yes, we do not close the range during fire season.

I’m not a member. It’s Sunday and I want to join the club and bring guests to shoot tomorrow. Can you drop everything you’re doing and provide a one-off orientation session for all of us right now?

No. Please come to an orientation session and bring your guests who will also need to be oriented before they can shoot. We have an orientation on the first Monday of the month at 6:00PM at the range and the third Saturday of the month at 9AM. For other dates, please check the calendar https://cascadefieldandstream.com/calendar-3/

I’m not a member but want to sight in my rifle for hunting season. Do you allow this?

Please check the calendar https://cascadefieldandstream.com/calendar-3/ for available non-member shooting days. Please also consider joining the club as a member which allows you unrestricted access to the facility.

Can I bring guests to shoot?

Of course. Members can bring up to 3 guests at a time but each one will need to attend an orientation every year. Members only need to attend an orientation once, not every year. We encourage you to encourage your guests to become members so we don’t have to continue to orient them. $80 is a steal for what they’ll get at our club.

How much does it cost?

Annual Individual is $80, Annual Family is $120 and a Life membership is $1,000

What are your hours?

The range is open to members from sunrise to sunset 7 days a week.

Do you offer training?

Not at this time. Please check the calendar to see if we have any events coming up https://cascadefieldandstream.com/calendar-3/

I lost my card. How do I get a new one?

Send $10 to CSF&S Address with your name and email address and we’ll mail another one.

How long is a membership good for?

Annual memberships are good from January 1st to December 31st. We change the gate code on the first of the year. We have a prorated program for late joiners – please come to an orientation for details and payment. We hold orientations on the first Monday of the month at 6:00PM at the range and the third Saturday of the month at 9AM. For other dates, please check the calendar https://cascadefieldandstream.com/calendar-3/

I’ve tried calling but just get a voicemail. Why won’t you answer?

We are a volunteer organization and the board members are also busy at work during the day. Please leave a message which will email all of us and someone will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
